The building is a renovated warehouse, divided into two distinct areas. As you enter the building from 38 Main Street, you arrive in the open plan shared workspace. This space has individual desks available for full day hire or short-term lease. The open plan shared workspace is a perfect option for workshops or meetings with up to 30 participants.

Along the western wall, four individual offices offer permanent workspaces, with a six-month minimum license available. The individual offices measure 3.5m x 4.1m and are large enough to accommodate 2 to 3 desks, or a spacious office for one desk and a seating area for client meetings.

The rooms are designed to be soundproof enough to record a podcast and stylish enough to conduct a Zoom call (without needing to use a dodgy background). The individual offices are available for short-term lease or at times for full day hire (if available).

Behind the open plan shared workspace is the Boardroom. The Boardroom is furnished with a beautiful timber table and 8 luxe seats. The room is spacious (4.9m x 5.1m) and can accommodate more seats if required.

 

The Collective Grenfell is located at 38 Main Street. extra care and attention has been taken to offer ultimate privacy once within the building.

The Boardroom

Behind the open plan shared workspace is the Boardroom. The Boardroom is furnished with a beautiful timber table and 8 luxe seats. The room is spacious (4.9m x 5.1m) and can accommodate more seats if required.

This is ideal for client meetings, interviews, team meetings, presentations or small workshops.

The Common Room

The Common Room, located in the northern section of the building, is also an open plan design and features a fully equipped kitchen. The Common Room lay out is versatile and lends itself as an ideal location for events, workshops, videography, or photography for promotional content.

The Common Room also serves as a lunch and break away area for open plan desk-hoppers and individual office licensees. This room has an industrial design aesthetic with exposed Oregon timber beams, an elevated ceiling, and glimpses of sky through several skylights. The room combines a sense of containment and privacy, within the oversized room.

The Common Room can comfortably accommodate up to 40 participants. The Common Room is also available for events for a full day hire, which includes the provision of chairs and tables.

Shared Facilities

The shared facilities available to all users include:

  • Unlimited high speed wi-fi

  • Kitchen with supplied equipment that makes your working environment conducive to productivity (coffee, tea, mugs, plates, cutlery, glasses, water jugs, fridge, an oven, microwave, and dishwasher)

  • A nicer bathroom than my own house… with 2 toilets, and shower area

  • Professional cleaning

We love the convenience of a main street entrance, but our favourite is the privacy and view of George street - the original main street of Grenfell.

There are 3 individual offices. Each of the offices is 3.5m x 4.1 m, furnished with a height adjustable desk, ergonomic office chair and reverse cycle air conditioning unit.

These offices can be customised to include your branding or other additions that you require. Private offices are available for a minimum 6- month licensee agreement.

Furnished with 2400mm table with 8 luxe seats and room for more, if required, this is a large space at 4.9m x 5.1m. The room is available for full day hire so you can use the space at your leisure without needing to rush out for the next booking. Our booking system allows for recurring bookings so you can schedule your meetings a year in advance.
